• Flight Simulator does not start after you installed the following FlightSoft titles:  Rio De Janeiro,
  Fly to Acapulco, Fly to Cancun, Fly to Hawaii 2004, and Fly to the Caribbean
  You must download and install the FlightSoft 9.1 Update.
   
• After installing Fly to the Caribbean, some of the DC10 aircraft appear in gray
  without textures: Go to the downloads page and install the appropriate patch

• After installing Fly to Hawaii for FS2002, there is no GPS in the DC10 panel
  Go to the downloads page and install the appropriate patch
